Over the years, we have scaled our workshop, bringing in state-of-the-art CO2 lasers, UV flatbed printers, and a skilled design squad. By manufacturing 100% of our products in-house, we eliminate intermediate traders and pass massive cost savings and high quality directly to businesses, event planners, and retail customers.

How We Create It

1. Vector Designing
Our in-house design team takes sketches, brand guidelines, and logos to design highly precise vector shapes using CoralDraw and Illustrator.
2. Precision Laser Cutting
We use advanced carbon dioxide (CO2) laser machinery to cleanly cut cast acrylic sheets and premium high-density MDF wooden boards into specific shapes.
3. Digital UV Printing & Engraving
High-definition flatbed UV printing binds scratch-resistant colors directly onto the acrylic, while CNC laser machines do detailed surface engraving.
4. Hand Polishing & Buffing
Cut acrylic edges are buffed and flame-polished to retrieve diamond-like transparent edge clarity and smooth scratch-free curves.
5. Safe Assembly & QC
Craftsmen assemble multi-layered trophies, install clocks, and attach bases. Every item undergoes rigorous quality checks before wrapping.
